Terms of Engagement — Clearing and Collection Services

Annual usage fees

Annual usage fees for the Kehilati system: 3,650 ILS per year (approx. 10 ILS per day).
Payment is collected in advance at the beginning of each engagement year.

Subscription fee: 59 ILS per month, paid in advance annually totaling 708 ILS.
Clearing fee: 1.95% per transaction.
Fixed fee per transaction: 3 ILS per transaction (starting from the first transaction).
The subscription fee includes 100 transactions (credit/wallets) and the first 100 documents each month.
For each additional transaction and/or document — only 1 ILS.
Bit — 2.45%.
Bank transfer fee — only 2 ILS.
Account opening fee for non-profits (Amutot) — 399 ILS.
Tourist card fee — 4.5%.
Diners — 2.5%. Bit/PayBox Diners — 2.7%.
Prices do not include VAT.
Subscription fees will be charged from the account balance in Grow at the beginning of each month.
The business's bank account will be credited on the 10th of each month for transactions made in the previous month.
Subject to the Grow company fee price list.

Clearing is performed on the Grow terminal associated with the community, and clearing fees are collected by Grow in accordance with the agreement between the community and Grow.
Opening the terminal is performed by the community's authorized signatory in person.
Receipts and invoices are issued by Grow after every successful payment.

The community is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided and for complying with applicable legal requirements.
Engagement may be terminated with 30 days' advance notice; paid usage fees are non-refundable for a period that has already begun.
